Verint® is pleased to announce the launch of a new portal, powered by Verint Community™ and Verint Web Self-Service™, that will provide you with access to a new system for submitting, updating, and monitoring support tickets. Accessible via, this portal will be your one-stop source for managing your support cases with Verint.

Existing Verint Connect users can access the community using their Verint Connect login. If you don’t have a login for Verint Connect then check your email as you likely received your login information from us. If you are unable to locate your login information you can request access at or by contacting the Verint Global Service Center at: 888-9-Verint (888-983-7468)

We have created a short video and FAQ to help you get started. Please note that any support cases you currently have open with us will be migrated to the new system and can be found in the “View Cases? area.
